Our Warranty Policy

We believe in the superior craftsmanship of our products, and will repair or replace any product which is defective due to materials or workmanship.

We can only accept products that are returned to us within 30 days of the date received. If you want to return a part, you must contact us and get a return authorization number. All parts returned must be in a like-new condition and may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on special order parts. All returned parts must be shipped, freight prepaid.

With the exception of freight damage, any shipment that is refused will be charged packaging, shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. If the part is a special order, you will be charged a 100% restocking fee.

RCC Speicalty Products is not responsible for the training of our customers on how to install our products. RCC Specialty Products is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
